Our Founder
Ms. MOI Sok Ling - Our founder was a highly sought-after intellectual property lawyer in her past life. Formerly an Allen & Gledhill IP partner, Sok Ling spent almost her entire career life in the top law firms of Singapore. Her clientele comprised of multinational corporations, universities, research institutions, government-linked companies as well as small and medium sized enterprises. Sok Ling currently holds her practising certificate with MOI Law Corporation.
A prominent member of the fraternity, Sok Ling sits on various professional committees and chairs the Singapore Law Society trade marks committee. She has been appointed by the World Intellectual Property Office to its panel of expert adjudicators, mediators and domain name arbitrators. She is also an accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and Consumers Association of Singapore. Since 2012, Sok Ling has been holding the record of being the youngest individual to be named as Singapore's leading intellectual property practitioner by Who's Who Legal, a well-known international publication.
Sok Ling is a familiar face on national TV and regularly gives talks on ADR, IP and consumer law. She is an adjunct associate professor with the National University of Singapore and teaches IP law to postgraduate engineering students.
Our CSR
We are passionate about making a difference - not only with businesses, but also with society at large. Therefore, we are committed to donating/contributing a portion of our profits/resources to charitable causes which we believe in. We make this our Corporate Social Responsibility.
Kickstarting our Corporate Social Responsibility program is Project JURIS:

We have chosen Animal Lovers League (ALL), a local non-profit dog shelter and rescue organization, as our first beneficiary.

For the years 2014, 2015 and 2016, we PLEDGE to donate to ALL a sum of SGD50 with every new client that engages our services.
